About

At AuerBridge, we strive to identify and implement collaborative solutions to tough problems while never losing focus on humanity.

The hard part isn't the technology. It's everything around it.

The global build-out of artificial intelligence is gated less by chips than by two physical realities almost everyone underestimates: power and water. The projects that define this decade live or die on whether they can be energized, cooled, permitted, and financed — across borders, governments, and cultures that rarely agree on how.

We exist to solve that. AuerBridge identifies and researches the alternative solutions to the biggest industrial issues facing AI's deployment, and we do it without losing sight of the people and places these projects touch. Critical thinking, collaboration, inclusion, and a deep respect for every culture we work in — that's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's the reason clients trust us with their hardest decisions.

What we do

AuerBridge was created in March of 2025 to provide turnkey mega-project negotiation services globally, as well as deep financial optimization services. Due to the founders' deep experience in both of these domains — and several projects associated with the proliferation of artificial intelligence and data-center capacity — an additional domain was established focusing on the two key industrial issues facing these projects: specifically power and water.

The people behind it.

Two founders, two complementary disciplines — finance and engineering — pointed at the same problem.

Jacob Madison

Co-Founder — Engineering, Power & Water

Jacob Madison is a finance and economics graduate and is passionate and highly capable in the domain of software engineering. As a multi-startup founder, he has helped his teams develop competent products, find product-market fit, and secure funding. For example, as a freshman, he led the first all-freshman team ever to win funding at his university, winning on the team's first attempt and demonstrating an ability to understand a problem deeply and engineer the solution required to reach a goal. Today, Jacob runs his own quantitative fund alongside AuerBridge, where he focuses on power, water, and government affairs. He is a versatile, cross-domain problem solver who pairs an engineer's instinct for building with the rigor of a financial analyst, allowing him to break down multifaceted challenges that span multiple domains and deliver clients insight they cannot find anywhere else.
